one of the most beautiful places on earth: breathtaking landscapes, unique wildlife including pumas, condors and guanacos.

Chile and Argentina

Patagonia is a vast geographical region located at the southern tip of South America, spanning across parts of both Chile and Argentina. It is known for its dramatic landscapes, including the Andes Mountains, glaciers, fjords, and deserts, and is managed independently by both nations rather than being a separate state.

DAY 2:

Short boat excursion across the Lost Hope Sound from Puerto Natales to the Estancia La Peninsula. We will experience some traditional sheep ranching activities such as sheep shearing and gauchos working with the dogs, etc.

DAY 3:

Early pre-breakfast outing to photograph black-necked swans and other waterfowl. After breakfast, we will begin driving to Torres del Paine. En route, we may stop for a hike at Laguna Sofia, where we have a very good chance of seeing Condors. We will arrive at our hotel situated on a small island within the Park in the late afternoon. Ask our guests

I have been on several photography trips with Greg Johnson and each time has been a wonderful adventure! From the accommodations to the very diversified itinerary and everything in between, Greg plans each trip with the intent of providing his guests with the best photographic opportunities available.  I have come away from each trip with a treasure trove of photographs and memories.

Cathleen Mewis

I have had the opportunity to do several of Greg's camera adventure tours. From start to finish it is non stop excitement, laughter and unforgettable moments. Greg's energy, his passion for capturing that perfect photograph and teachings are second to none. My husband joined us on one of the Newfoundland excursions and had a fabulous time. The friendships you gain, the photographs you will take and memories you will make are priceless.

Judy Clark
Mannville, AB

I have traveled with Greg on six photo adventure trips, in Canada, to Iceland and to Tanzania. These trips have been a great chance to put into practice some of the lessons from the two day courses and to get more tips and feedback on the images. They are also a chance to get together with people who share photography and have lots of good times. The opportunity to shoot in some great locations with Greg (and Tracy) looking after the details makes the trips even better.
